NY Times: Jobs Few, Grads Flock to Unpaid Internships

Attention graduating seniors, the job market is certainly tough but it is important to carefully consider what opportunities you are willing to take. Unpaid, internships are available only to enrolled students who can obtain credit for their experiences and the internship must have a vocational training component. In my opinion, it is a shame that companies are taking advantage of these students. CUNY students should visit their career offices for guidance with their job search and to help them assess their offers:
